How to Deconstruct Shame and Guilt in a Kinky Container

Shame and Guilt disrupt and deconstruct relationships from the inside out. Often, these two systems are hard to navigate as they are so prevalent in the dominant culture in which we live and operate. Kink acts as a radical tool to deconstruct systems of shame and guilt by using a lens to address them both somatically and psychologically.

Learn where shame and guilt come from, what we can do individually and in relationship to work with and through these systems and how grief plays a critical role in establishing love as the primary operating system in our lives.
