The Isms That Run My Life

Get ready for the best, yet probably spicy as fuck, class. Bring a meal because we’re going to unpack and delve deep into some complex topics that may not even be on your radar… yet.

Living with disabilities can be challenging all on its own. It’s important to keep the fun times fun and easy because struggles in those times can add harmful stress. In this workshop, we aim to discover how we can adapt our horny activities and lifestyle routines to highlight our strengths despite our disabilities.

We will focus on issues related to immune system health, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and autism, as these are the personal challenges faced by Otter, the workshop facilitator. However, this is just a starting point, and there will be opportunities to discuss a wide range of experiences and challenges that you might be facing in your life.

The goal is to create an environment where we can learn from each other and find ways to thrive, making our disabilities superpowers instead of barriers.
