Head Judge: Lady Catherine
Lady Catherine is the producer of Servant’s Retreat, the longest-running weekend exploratory seminar for submissives, service-oriented individuals, and power s-types. The event is dedicated to sustaining healthy power dynamic relationships by helping participants strengthen their personal foundations.
She serves on the Executive Board of the Leather Archives & Museum (10 years) and produces SouthEast LeatherFest, Foundations in Mastery, and co-coordinates F.I.S.T., a 30-year women’s backpatch club of which she is a founding member. Lady Catherine is also the co-founder of the Women’s Leather History Project/Program, committed to preserving and uplifting the stories of those often left out of the historical narrative.
As a certified MCC coach and founding BCC coach, Lady Catherine has chosen to dedicate her expertise to serving and supporting alternative communities through education, leadership, and advocacy.

Daesha Darling
Daesha Darling is a biracial Japanese Mexican Leathergirl stype and hostess based out of Southern California. Her community advocacy includes serving as Socal Asian Kink Events’ (SAKE est 2013) Chief Operations Officer and Black Leather in Color (BLIC est 1994) Magazine Production Designer. She is recognized as an avid volunteer, and panelist / presenter for many organizations including MTTA’s Master/slave Conference Worldwide, Leather Leadership Conference, Pragmatic Kink, and South Plains Leatherfest; and recipient of Leather Solidarity Collective’s Award of Excellence 2022.Daesha Darling is a biracial Japanese-Mexican Leathergirl, stype, and community hostess based in Southern California. With a strong commitment to advocacy and visibility, she serves as the Chief Operations Officer of SoCal Asian Kink Events (SAKE), founded in 2013, and as the Magazine Production Designer for Black Leather in Color (BLIC), a legacy organization established in 1994.
Known for her tireless volunteer work and dedication to community education, Daesha is a frequent panelist and presenter for respected institutions such as MTTA’s Master/slave Conference Worldwide, Leather Leadership Conference, Pragmatic Kink, and South Plains Leatherfest. Her work and leadership were honored in 2022 with the Award of Excellence from the Leather Solidarity Collective.
Daesha continues to uplift marginalized voices and foster inclusive spaces in the leather and kink communities through her service, creativity, and unwavering presence.
Damascus
Damascus (he/him) has been active in the leather and kink community for over a decade, beginning his journey in Dallas, Texas. In 2021, he relocated to Colorado Springs and deepened his involvement in the Master/slave community. He is a proud Gay Trans man, a veteran, and a passionate educator who uses every opportunity to uplift and support the communities he’s part of.
Damascus identifies as a Master, a Daddy, a bootblack, and a little—earning him the affectionate title Master Little Daddy. He is married to his slave, Demir, and the two have shared an evolving power exchange dynamic and loving relationship for over 11 years. While Damascus embraces both structure and care in his M/s dynamic, he also brings joy and play into his relationships, especially when his little side comes out—often leading to lighthearted chaos when paired with Demir’s puppy space.
He served as the 2024 Colorado Master, and currently holds the title of Southwest Master 2025. Damascus is a member of MAsT Colorado Springs, The National Leather Association, and an honorary member of Arlington Leather United. He is also the co-founder of Haus Valhalla and co-creator of Leather and Lager, a monthly Beer Bust held at the Denver Eagle, created to bring together leather, kink, and M/s communities under one welcoming roof.
When not participating in kinky shenanigans or teaching about power exchange, you can often find Damascus outdoors with his fur babies or spending time with his beloved family.
Mr Ladybug
Mr. Ladybug (She/They) is a Queer Master, rooted deeply in Leather and guided by a passion for education and community growth. Based in Boise, Idaho, she brings a wealth of experience, energy, and authenticity to every space she enters.
With over 15 years in the lifestyle, Mr. Ladybug shares stories from her journey, offering insight, connection, and inspiration drawn from lived experience. Whether teaching, mentoring, or simply being present, she is dedicated to helping communities thrive and evolve.
Shedao
Shedao (They/Them) is a Pansexual, Polyamorous Switch with over 11 years of experience in the kink and Leather scene. They are the founder of Sacramento Black Kinksters, an initiative created to carve out space by and for Black folx in kink.
Their journey has included everything from dungeon monitoring (and Dungeon Mastering in DnD) to bootblacking and building inclusive, affirming communities. Shedao brings warmth, experience, and a strong sense of clarity to every space they enter.
Sir Tee
Master SirTee (He/She) is based on the West Coast of Canada, Master SirTee is a proud Butch, BIPOC, Leather Person, and Master. He has been in a committed Master/slave dynamic with his slave for over 30 years and is honored to serve as the 2025 International Master.
A passionate community builder, Master SirTee is dedicated to creating supportive, diverse spaces and believes that accessible education is the foundation for ethical and healthy power exchange relationships.
Outside of formal settings, you can often find him enjoying a cigar, deep in conversation, and sharing stories late into the night with those who cross his path.
