CNC: The Do's, The Don't's, and Everything In-Between
Consensual NonConsent (CNC), sometimes called rape play, is one of the most common fantasies for adults Approximately 40 percent of people over 18 have some version of being "forced" to have sex or engage in intimate activities. This class begins by exploring why this is such a common fantasy. I discuss the various sharps that can be used in play (including techniques on how to use them), including needles, porcupine quills, hooks, sutures, skin staples, and scalpels/knives. I always include discussion of safety considerations and best practice tips to help mitigate risk and determine one’s individual risk profile.
Newbie Needles: An Intro to Needle Play
An overall introduction to those curious about or new to needle play. I discuss my own journey with needle play specifically and walk attendees through the process of determining what kind of needles to use, how they can be used, where they can be used on the body, and what individuals need to know regarding safety, setup, and cleanup. I always include discussion of safety considerations and best practice tips to help mitigate risk and determine one’s individual risk profile.
Hooked: Non-Suspension Hook Pulls & Art
Hook suspensions are an intense and amazing form of kink, but there are many other things you can do with hooks that don't involve leaving the ground! This class will focus on the use of hooks in non-suspension play, including hook pulls (for solo or multiple players) and creating artistic piercing designs using hooks. I will cover the types of hooks that are out there (and the ones I prefer to use), how to insert hooks, planning designs for hooks, and safety considerations to keep in mind.
The Poke & the Pull: Playing with Porcupine Quills
An in-depth class on the use of natural North American porcupine quills in kink. This class will cover information on what porcupine quills are and how they may be used in play, as well as safety considerations to keep in mind when deciding to play with quills. I will share information on how quills can be sourced in an ethical manner and cleaned/prepped for play, including ways you can dye them pretty colors!
Determining Your Blood Play Risk Profile
The intention of this class is never to tell anyone what they can or cannot do, but to review the safety considerations for various types of blood play to assist individuals in determining their own blood play risk profile and what level of risk is acceptable to them. I will discuss considerations related to blood impact play, blood containment practices, and preparation and aftercare. I also discuss potential mental/emotional risks and how to factor those into your risk profile.
Drips, Pours & Rainbows: A Wax Play Overview
A comprehensive overview of all things wax play, including different methods which can be used for melting wax (with or without flames) and safety considerations which should be kept in mind. I review wax types, temperatures, melting methods, how to color your own wax (including getting it to glow under a black light), and different techniques for applying wax and the sensations that typically result. I also discuss prep and cleanup of the space and recommended materials.
The Art of Sharps
An exploration of artistic sharps play and the wide variety of ways sharps can be used to create works of art on human canvases. I will share my own process for developing, crafting, and executing design ideas using various sharps and other artistic items (such as ribbons, flowers, beads, etc.). F.A.F.O Harness: A minimalist hands free chest harness that works for almost anything!
The FAFO harness was stumbled into then developed using the time tested practice of Fooling Around and Finding Out, you know, for science! This minimalist chest harness can often be completed with a hank and a half of rope for many bottoms. The harness is hands free, and can be loaded for side, face up, or face down suspensions. The harness also has a chest tissue minimizing effect that can be helpful for those who would prefer to not have that tissue accentuated the way many other harnesses do. There is a FAFULL option that is a bit more robust, and does significantly more towards binding/minimizing visibility of chest tissue, while still allowing complete versatility of use. Decoded: Neurospicy Love Languages & the Art of Making Them Work
Love doesn’t fail because we don’t care — it fails because we’re speaking different neurological languages. Neurodivergent people often express love in ways that don’t map neatly onto traditional love-language models, leading to misinterpretation, hurt feelings, and unnecessary shame.
This class centers neurospicy love languages: the ways care, affection, commitment, and connection are expressed and interpreted through neurodivergent nervous systems. These expressions are not quirks, coping mechanisms, or substitutes for “real” love — they are real, valid, and deeply intentional ways of loving.
We’ll explore how these love languages show up across our relationships — platonic and non-platonic — and how to intentionally work with them to build relationships that feel meaningful, sustainable, and fulfilling, rather than exhausting or misaligned.

As a former phone sex operator with thousands of hours behind the mic, I’ve spent years refining the art of turning breath, tone, and language into pure electricity. In this workshop, I’ll show you how to move past the awkwardness that keeps so many people quiet, freeze-y, or unsure of what to say.
You’ll learn how to drop into roleplay with confidence, build tension with intentional phrasing, and shape stories that feel natural instead of forced. We’ll explore pacing, tone, and emotional cues that make your words land the way you want them to.

Locally, Switch Jake is a staple at The Denver Sanctuary. He trains Dungeon Monitors, acts as a house manager, runs discussion groups, and teaches whenever the need arises. He jokingly says that if the Sanctuary had an apartment, he’d live there.
On the organizational side, he has been a Director for HECK since 2024. Additionally, he hosts the BDSM podcast "Kink in the Chain" under the pseudonym Rope Squirrel, where he gives relationship advice and interviews people of importance within the kink community.

In this audience-driven comedy panel, you bring the questions and our panelists respond with the most irresponsible, ridiculous, inappropriate, and gloriously terrible advice they can invent. Want guidance on relationships, scenes, protocol, leather, sex, power exchange, or community drama? You will get answers so bad they should probably come with a waiver. Expect sharp wit, filthy humor, and a whole lot of laughter. None of this should be taken seriously, but all of it should be enjoyed.
